Caviar de Beluga is a trading name of CAVIAR DE BELUGA LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11556494). Registered address: 1–3 Britannia Way, London NW10 7PR. Customers outside the UK are supplied by "CAVIAR DE BELUGA" EOOD (UIC 208575777, VAT BG208575777), 2 Maslinovo Klonche Street, 1360 Sofia, Bulgaria, which is responsible for their data.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for our Bulgarian company, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you send an enquiry, open a trade account or place an order: name, job title, company, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. Payments are made by bank transfer against our invoices; we do not store card details.

We also collect business contact details from public sources (such as company websites) for business-to-business contact.

Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and send price lists
• To process, invoice and deliver your orders
• To send order and delivery updates
• To contact businesses that may be interested in our products (you can opt out at any time)
• To improve our products and service
• To comply with our legal obligations

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, to contact businesses about our products and to improve our service), and legal obligation (for accounting, food traceability and CITES compliance).

Data Sharing

We share your data only with: DHL and our other couriers to deliver orders; Google (our email provider); HubSpot (our customer database); Xero (our accounting software); and our outbound email partner. We share data between our UK and Bulgarian companies where needed to handle your order. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time where we have no legal obligation to retain it.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing (including business marketing), and data portability. To exercise any right, contact us at sales@caviar-beluga.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, for our Bulgarian company, the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
