Trade Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to sales by Caviar de Beluga to business customers. We sell to trade customers only, not to consumers.
Who you contract with
- UK customers: Caviar De Beluga Ltd (No. 11556494), 1–3 Britannia Way, London NW10 7PR. Prices and invoices in GBP.
- Customers outside the UK: "Caviar de Beluga" EOOD (UIC 208575777, VAT BG208575777), 2 Maslinovo Klonche Street, 1360 Sofia, Bulgaria. Prices and invoices in EUR.
Prices and payment
- Prices are on our current trade price list and exclude VAT and delivery.
- New accounts pay by proforma invoice before dispatch. Credit terms are available only by written agreement.
Orders
- Orders for destinations outside the UK and EU need CITES export paperwork. CITES and shipping are charged separately.
- For Christmas delivery, please place orders by 29 November.
Dispatch and delivery
- UK orders: placed Monday to Thursday before 11:00 are dispatched from London the same day.
- EU orders: placed Monday to Wednesday before 12:00 are dispatched from Sofia the same day.
- Orders are sent by express courier in insulated packaging with gel ice packs. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.
Storage and shelf life
- Store caviar at −3°C to +2°C and refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
- Sealed tins have a shelf life of 120 days from packing. Every order is delivered with at least 100 days remaining.
Private label
Private-label tins are available on request. You supply the artwork and confirm you have the right to use it. The usual lead time is 12 working days from artwork approval.
Problems with an order
Please check your delivery on arrival and tell us about any damage, shortage or temperature problem within 24 hours of delivery at sales@caviar-beluga.com, with photos where you can.
