Caviar for restaurants

From a single caviar course to a full caviar service, chefs need caviar that is consistent from tin to tin. Every tin is packed when you order, so what arrives is freshly sealed rather than taken from stock.

Tin sizes for the pass

Master tins of 500 g, 1 kg and 1.7 kg for kitchens that use caviar every service, and 10 g to 250 g tins for tableside service and smaller menus.

Consistent grading

Each caviar has a stated minimum bead size, from 2.6 mm for Royal Baerii to 3.3 mm for Royal Kaluga, so the plate looks the same every night.

Audit-ready for your EHO

Certificates, spec sheets, batch traceability, CITES paperwork and allergen declarations are available for every account.

Questions

What size tin should a restaurant order?

Kitchens that use caviar every service usually buy 500 g to 1.7 kg master tins; restaurants serving caviar tableside often prefer 30 g to 125 g tins so each tin is opened in front of the guest.
