Questions
Is Kaluga caviar good?
Kaluga is prized for its large, firm pearls and buttery flavour, and is widely used as an alternative to beluga.
How does Kaluga compare with Royal Beluga?
Both are Huso species. Kaluga pearls are firmer with a mellow, buttery taste; beluga pearls are softer and often lighter in colour.
